If you are trying to type a piece of text with different characters and symbols, you will have a hard time with a standard QWERTY keyboard. When certain fonts are selected, the symbols will not correspond with the keyboard anymore. Lipikar will help you get passed this issue. It works independently of keyboards or languages, allowing you to create your text faster.

Besides the application's components, the setup wizard lets you install various non-English fonts as well. The entire installation procedure is straightforward and it takes less than a minute. The software is also compatible with all Windows versions, from Win 95 to Win 7 and its system requirements are not high, making it possible to use it on any computer.

Using Lipikar's functions is quite simple. You just need to select a character or a symbol with your mouse and the software will type it on its interface. Fonts are selected from a drop menu, located on the toolbar. When selected, a font's characters and symbols are mapped on the lower half of the window, where you can select them.

If you hover with the mouse cursor over a symbol, it will be magnified in the upper left corner of the interface. The character's binary, decimal, hexadecimal and octadecimal codes are displayed in the same area. In addition, Lipikar displays the character's corresponding key or combination. Besides clicking individual symbols, you can also use the keyboard. The software can also map a font's characters on a graphical representation of a keyboard, which you can bring up on a separate window. You should also know that Lipikar lets you create, customize and save your own maps.

You can choose any method to create your text passages. The upper half of the interface works like a standard word processor. When you type your text, you may set it to bold, italic or other styles, align it, change its color and more. When you are done, you can save your work in the software's native format or as a plain text file. Alternatively, you can use the available options to cut or copy your text to the clipboard.
